Price booked did not include VAT like other hotel. Fine print on the left of the page. Be careful Dirty and the rooms basic, no side lamps, tissues. Won't be back that's for sure

The room is so spacious and the comfort room is very clean which i like the most.

The linen are rough. Its not that comfortable. The wifi is not working well. We also have to wait 5minutes before the air conditioning will turn on. The pool is nice but when i went swimming the floor is slimy.

The service is poor. Also, the wifi in the 5th floor did not reach the rooms. We had to go put of the room and go to the lobby in order to connect to its wifi.

I did not expect the room to be very bare. It did not even have complimentary toiletries. Although large, the small stuff I usually find in hotel rooms aren't there. Coffee tables, chair. Etc. The room size VS what was inside it wasn't matching.

The staff is not friendly, security so strict, dont even recognized the guest, must check open luggage dont even know how to close back.. don't assist guest to carry luggage. Give us a lousy room.. uncomfortable.

What was the highlight of The Ritz Hotel at Garden Oases

Watermelon juice at breakfast and the pool, although we had to wait until after the children were done with their swimming lessons.

Cleanliness is lacking, cockroaches in the room, walls dirty, bed only 1/2 made. We did not like being accused of taking towels from the pool when the blue towels came from the room.

The hotel property itself is excellent with beautiful wide garden and pool. The hotel room is obsolete and bath room is to be totally renovated. Hotel staff is overall not friendly and needs primary staff education.

Me and my family got bitten by mosquitoes..there were a lot of mosquitoes and it was in the morning that we noticed that one window was open. My kids had mosquitoe bites all over there face too sad we were not able to tell the staff about what happened.
